So is morning when Rainee woke up the first thing she said was,"I'm going to get a dog today mom!"
and of course I said,
"Go talk to your dad." and he said,
"Yeah, we can check that out today"...
I didn't think Steve was really serious, and I don't think he actually thought we'd find one TODAY... but it happened.... after months of prayer and looking for the right dog... we finally got a dog today! His name is Champ... he's a Lab and Rainee is in love with him... and of course I had to share my newest photos of her with Champ... and I have to say they are adorable!!
Welcome to the family... Champ!!!

Oh my. Really beautiful photos. I wish I could get some nice ones of Thomas and our border collie. But she's too skittish of the camera. Lighting is gorgeous!

Labs are so great. We have a black boy named Cesar and he is The sweetest w/our daughter. She uses him for a pillow on the floor while watching the Disney channel. And that is just fine w/him, he wouldn't want to be anywhere else (except maybe outside chasing his ball! -which is his other love) Congrats on your new family member and Rainee's new best friend!! These pictures are awesome!!!
